From afternoon teas and fundraising to familiar faces at our coffee mornings.
Members enjoyed an afternoon at Kearns Hall, hosted by Thanet Sunrise Rotary Club. EKIDS thanked the organisers and shared photographs of members spending time together over afternoon tea.
Members came together for afternoon tea at the Yarrow, with entertainment from Tara James. EKIDS thanked its volunteers for the work they put into the occasion.
A charity quiz hosted by Mr Quizzer at the St Lawrence Tavern raised £205 for EKIDS. The charity thanked Brett and everyone who took part in the evening.
Councillor Debra Owen-Hughes visited the EKIDS group at the Windmill Pub. The charity described a fun morning together and said she hoped to visit some of the other groups too.
EKIDS members enjoyed a Kentish Lady boat trip. The charity shared photographs and video from the outing, celebrating the chance to spend time together and create memories.
EKIDS shared an appointment-only dementia clinic at Nationwide in Ramsgate for 30 September. This was a dated support opportunity, separate from the regular meeting programme.
